Are you ready to make a real difference to patients' lives while working on exciting, varied, and creative projects? We're working with a fast-growing medical communications agency that specialises in medical education for rare and ultra-rare disease areas. They're looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their collaborative, friendly, and ambitious team.

What you'll be doing:
- Managing high-quality MedComms projects from concept to delivery, on time and on budget
- Building strong client relationships and maintaining excellent communication
- Supporting medical education events (including on-site support)
- Developing a range of materials – from high-science HCP resources to patient-friendly content
- Working on digital/creative projects such as websites, videos, and animations
- Researching therapy areas, market trends, and clinical data
- Providing strategic input and supporting pitches for new business
What you'll need:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a healthcare agency
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable working with scientific/medical content
- Within commuting distance (1–2 hours) of Buckingham office
- Additional languages
- Strong scientific data interpretation ability
