Cpl Life Sciences are seeking an Engineering / Maintenance Technician for a 12-month contract in Liverpool. This role involves supporting both planned and reactive maintenance activities across manufacturing equipment while ensuring full compliance with HSE and cGMP standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot recurring issues and support process improvements
- Use CMMS to record maintenance activities and manage spare parts
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with site procedures
- Promote and maintain a strong safety and cGMP culture
- Support training, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Engineering apprenticeship required; HNC/HND preferred
- Hands-on experience in maintenance within a regulated manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and proactive approach
- Ability to work independently once trained
- Good numeracy, literacy, and communication skills
Shift pattern: Days (4 on/4 off)
