LEARNING EXPERIENCE LEAD Location: Manchester  Duration: 12 months Pay rate: Outside IR35  The learning experience lead will be a key member of the global program delivery team and will work closely with the Change and Adoption Lead to enable a smooth transition and drive adoption by designing and delivery a comprehensive, user-centric training and resources. Key Responsibilities:  -Knowledge Management  -Lead on developing and implementing effective knowledge management approach for global resources. -Facilitate the creation of updated (global) knowledge management and resources inventory. Change and Adoption support: – Provide system demos to showcase the system usability to increase buy-in and support as needed. – Develop bite-size learning content for communications and marketing to increase adoption. Essential skills: – Proven track record of designing and delivering training programs for HR or workforce management systems. – Competent in using training development tools such as Camtasia and Adobe Suite. – Competent in knowledge management processes. – Fluency in training content development systems. – Experience of working in fast paced global transformation program. …
