An excellent opportunity to join an innovative and growing pharmaceutical company, with a strategy focused on advanced therapy platforms and data science. Our client is looking to add a Health Economics and Outcomes Research Manager to the team, who will act as a key member in the HTA function. Reporting directly to the Directors of Health Economics, you will have the opportunity to work on 42 HTAs over the next 5 years.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Strong understanding of HTA and expertise to deliver submissions
- Identification of critical evidence gaps early to inform global and UK opportunities to develop timely solutions
- Be a source of HEOR/HTA expertise, and keep up to date with new developments and trends
- Effectively engage with HTA bodies and effectively represent the company at HTA related meetings
- Delivery of the evidence and HTA submission/responses
- Cross-functional team management to develop HTA submission dossiers
- Internally communicate the HTA strategy, risks and mitigation plans to enable meaningful wide stakeholder engagement
- Internal and external management of suppliers of HTA deliverables
Requirements:
- MSc in Health Economics or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of HTA needs and expertise in developing submissions
- Experience in delivering complete HTA submissions (NICE, AWMSG, and SMC)
- Strong working knowledge of the UK healthcare system and stakeholder management
