The predicted salary is between 25 - 40 £ per hour.
Location: Basingstoke (Hybrid working – 3 days a week in the office per week)
Pay rate: £35.37 per hour PAYE
Duration: 12 – 18 months
HR Employee Relations and Operations is responsible for providing high quality HR services, systems and processes to support employees across the NE Hub. The team are an escalation point from the global centralized HR delivery team based in Cork, and provide local UK expertise, operate local UK processes, own UK HR Policies and procedures, manage data analytics and reporting and provide specialist support for Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Employee Experience and broader HR initiatives across the NE hub.
This role is responsible for leading and delivering a diverse range of HR Projects across Ops & ER, including process improvement and service optimization, as well as change management initiatives.
- Identify opportunities and lead on initiatives to automate processes and leverage technology to achieve operational efficiencies
- Lead on data management, dashboards, reporting and analytics, including headcount for the purposes of the annual Business Planning cycle
- Lead on process improvement and policy updates, in alignment with the external context
- Develop comms, information and training materials to support employee and manager self-service
- Conduct workplace investigations
Basic Requirements:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
- Proven experience of process design and improvement ideally in an HR context
- Proven experience of delivering projects with measurable impact
- Strong data analysis skills including advanced MS Excel knowledge
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
- Ability to think from a customer perspective and demonstrate user-centric design
- Forward thinking, growth mindset
Additional Skills/Preferences:
- Experience of delivering HR services and solutions in a large global organisation
- Experience of providing ER support for complex issues to multiple and senior stakeholders
- Power BI or other data analytics tools
- CIPD qualified an advantage
- Experience of undertaking workplace investigations e.g. as part of grievance or disciplinary processes
