We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect working closely with the client as part of their established ServiceNow team. This is a senior, client-facing role where you will translate business requirements into scalable, well-governed ServiceNow solutions. You’ll act as a subject matter expert, providing technical leadership, setting standards, and ensuring the overall health and performance of the platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate client and business requirements into differentiated, deliverable ServiceNow solutions
  • Provide technical governance oversight across the ServiceNow platform
  • Enforce coding standards across both Accenture delivery teams and Post Office resources
  • Own and produce High-Level Design (HLD) documentation and solution artefacts
  • Act as an escalation point for technical issues and development blockers
  • Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders across the organisation
  • Proactively identify, log, and drive continuous improvement opportunities
  • Contribute to platform health management and long-term architectural direction
  • Support technical triage of major incidents and platform issues when required
  • Provide leadership and guidance to development teams, supporting effective delivery

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect
  • Expert-level proficiency in ServiceNow
  • Strong experience defining and enforcing technical governance and development standards
  • Ability to produce clear, structured design documentation (HLDs, solution designs)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and client-facing experience
  • Experience working in complex, multi-team enterprise environments
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
