Inside IR35 UK - Different Sites

6 months £400 a day

Working experience in Industrial, Mechanical, Process Engineering or equivalent.

Working experience as Project Manager of medium complex projects.

Proficiency in tools: AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel.

Electrical competency.

Mid to Senior Level Experience.

Travel: Onsite 75%-100% during project deployment at any delivery station in UK/IE.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Project planning: Field verification of drawings and identifying interferences with existing/new equipment. Raise MCMs for different project phases, and address concerns, if any, from different approver groups, prior to start of works onsite.
  • Project execution: Set-up and manage daily calls with vendors, Ops, WHS and RME. Provide daily report summary to UK FE PM. Site visits to verify project progress and gather stakeholder/customer feedback. Frequency of site visits to be agreed with UK FE PM. Proactively address any concerns during these site visits. Escalate to UK FE PM as needed. Manage any AMZL ordered materials (signage, racking, SBL) to be received onsite, inventory and identify any gaps. Coordinate with Ops/RME to transport materials within the DS and 3PA to provide labour for the material movement and install. Coordinate with IT, obtain IDF keys and monitor IDF cabinets during data cable terminations. Validate cable installation and functionality with IT. Supporting UK FE PM during site acceptance tests (4-5d continuous onsite presence).
  • Project closure: Obtain all documentation from vendor, and validate list against vendor deliverables. Validate basic document content (for ex. Declaration of conformity signed, correct DS name, etc.). Transfer all documentation to appropriate storage location (MyMHE+, automation software storage drive, etc.).

Basic qualifications:

  • Working experience in Industrial, Mechanical, Process Engineering or equivalent.
  • Working experience as Project Manager of medium complex projects.
  • Proficiency in tools: AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel.
