This is a commercially focused Finance Business Partner role sitting at the heart of Sales, Marketing, and Operations. You’ll use analytics and financial insight to help the business understand what’s driving performance, what’s hurting margins, and where decisions need to change. This isn’t a back-office finance role - you’ll be visible, vocal, and expected to challenge stakeholders constructively using data.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Finance & Business Partnering
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operational teams.
- Analyse margins, profitability, and performance drivers.
- Translate operational activity into clear commercial insight.
- Provide decision support on pricing, cost control, and performance improvement.
- Challenge assumptions and decisions where the numbers don’t stack up.
- Deliver campaign analysis (pre- and post-campaign), combining quantitative and qualitative insight.
- Perform segmentation analysis to understand customer behaviour and channel performance.
- Analyse trends across sales, revenue, costs, and contribution margins.
- Turn complex datasets into practical recommendations.
- Build and maintain advanced Excel models for forecasting, margin analysis, and scenario planning.
- Produce dashboards and management reports that clearly communicate performance.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across commercial reporting.
- Work confidently with challenging stakeholders, particularly within Sales and Marketing.
- Communicate financial insight clearly to non-finance audiences.
- Influence decision-making through evidence, not opinion.
