HR System Specialist

Key Skills:

Testing:

  • Familiarity with executing test plans, test scripts, and test cases.
  • Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., ALM).
  • Knowledge of UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and offline testing.
  • Data Migration:
  • Understanding of data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation.
  • BAU Tier 2 Support (SF Time Modules)

Project Implementation – Experience with SF Time and Attendance

  • Testing:
  • Familiarity with executing test plans, test scripts, and test cases.
  • Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., ALM).
  • Knowledge of UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and offline testing.
  • Data Migration:
  • Understanding of data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation.
  • BAU Tier 2 Support (SF Time Modules)

Communication Capabilities

  • Communication Skills:
  • Drafting clear and concise user communications (emails, updates, FAQs).
  • Running effective workshops, training sessions, and town halls.
  • Ability to tailor messages to different audiences (technical vs non-technical).

General

  • Proficiency in SuccessFactors (SF), especially the SF Time module.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving escalated technical issues.
  • Understanding of integrations between SF and other systems (e.g., payroll, S4 etc).
  • Incident and problem management skills.
  • Experience with policy simplifications – BA Analyst experience
