We are seeking an experienced IT Technology Contract Recruiter to support high-volume and specialized technology hiring within a fast-paced global financial services environment. This role will partner closely with technology leaders and hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top technology talent across a broad range of complex technical disciplines.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record recruiting for enterprise technology organizations, preferably within financial services, and possesses the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for professional, manager, director, and senior-level technology positions.
  • Build pipelines of diverse technology talent across multiple domains including:
    • Software Engineering
    • Data Engineering & Analytics
    • Cybersecurity
    • AI / Machine Learning / Generative AI
    • DevOps & Site Reliability Engineering
    • Technology Risk & Governance
    • Technology Modernization & Digital Transformation
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
  • Consult with hiring managers regarding market conditions, talent availability, compensation trends, and recruitment best practices.
  • Drive diversity hiring initiatives and support inclusive recruiting practices.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of IT recruiting experience, preferably supporting enterprise technology organizations.
  • Prior experience recruiting for complex technology roles across infrastructure, software engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, data, or architecture functions.
  • Strong sourcing expertise utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent attraction channels.
  • Experience recruiting within financial services, banking, asset management, fintech, or regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of modern technology stacks, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), cybersecurity frameworks, DevOps practices, and data platforms.
  • Experience hiring for emerging technologies including AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and cloud-native technologies.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting analytics.
