Talent Acquisition Specialist Pay rate: £16-£20 per hour PAYE Northwich (3 days in the office – 2 remote) Hours: 40 hours per week • Search and source candidates using various tools, such as job boards, databases, LinkedIn, and social platforms. • Develop compelling sourcing strategies to attract top talent. • Manage interactions and communication with hiring managers. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. • Focus on recruiting talent within industries including Chemicals, Sustainability, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Sales, and Service. • Utilize tools like Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Insights, and social media platforms for recruitment efforts. • Measure success through metrics like quality of hire, speed of hire, direct hire percentage, and diversity of hires. • Embrace our company's mission of making a global impact on people and planet health within a matrix organization where every voice is valued.
