We are looking for an experienced Avaloq Developer to support the design, build, and delivery of solutions within the Avaloq Banking Suite. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end development lifecycle, including parameterisation, customisation, scripting, and unit testing, ensuring solutions meet functional, technical, and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and testing teams to deliver high-quality, scalable core banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions within the Avaloq Banking Suite.
- Deliver high-quality parameterisation, customisations, scripting, interfaces, and report development.
- Develop and enhance Avaloq modules including: Reports, Workflows, Context Actions, Order Validations, Keys, Additions, Other core banking components.
- Perform unit testing and support system and user acceptance testing activities.
- Ensure solutions are aligned with functional specifications, technical standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot, analyse, and resolve defects and performance issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Produce clear technical documentation to support development and handover.
- Support change requests and enhancements throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience as an Avaloq Developer.
- Proven experience with Avaloq parameterisation and custom development.
- Solid understanding of core banking processes and systems.
- Experience developing reports, workflows, validations, and custom scripts within Avaloq.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, contract-based environment.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with distributed teams.
