We are seeking an experienced Business Advisory Associate Manager with strong UK Corporate Tax expertise to support a complex Oil & Gas tax environment. This role sits within a large advisory and delivery team and requires someone who can operate with minimal supervision, manage medium-sized workstreams, and engage confidently with both client and internal stakeholders.
The role is particularly suited to candidates with 4–5 years’ focused experience in Corporate Tax, IRF (International Relief at Source) or FP&A with strong tax exposure, and hands-on Ring Fence Corporation Tax (RFCT) knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Preparation and review of annual UK Corporation Tax returns (CT600)
- Calculation of Ring Fence Corporation Tax (RFCT) and Supplementary Charge (SC)
- Petroleum Revenue Tax (PRT) computations (rate currently nil, including detailed carry-back analysis)
- Calculation of upstream-specific tax-adjusting items
- Preparation and review of Quarterly Instalment Payments (QIPs)
