Flexsource NI is currently recruiting for a Work Controller on a full time, temporary contract for up to 6 months, with a starting salary of £15.71 per hour
Responsibilities:
With a full job description available on request, you will:
·Drive resolution for customers by handling telephone enquiries and using key systems to enhance customer service delivery
·Apply detailed knowledge of various key factors to effectively control, schedule, optimise, and close both planned and reactive work
·Responsible for changing schedules/plans as needed, optimising available resources to prioritise customer requirements
·Evaluate, analyse and accurately update, capture, or escalate information within systems to maintain data integrity and improve the quality of management information
·Prepare and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports, providing managers, colleagues and Production Lines with valuable information and recommendations
Requirements:
·A minimum of 5 GCSE’s, including English and Maths
·Minimum of one years experience in a customer centric or operations role, analysing and interpreting system data
·Experience of working to challenging targets in a customer service environment
·Experience of working within a utility company is desirable
