Flexsource NI are currently recruiting for a Telemetry Controller on a temporary fulltime basis, with a starting salary of £15.71 per hour

This position is for a 6 month period, fully office based in Belfast and involves 12 hour shifts, 4 on 4 off, to include nights, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities:

·Monitor and respond to real-time alarms and events across operational systems to ensure quick resolution and minimise customer impact.

·Analyse telemetry data trends and escalate issues as needed, contributing to improved service delivery.

·Oversee lone worker and security management systems, ensuring staff safety and asset security.

·Provide remote SCADA support for operational infrastructure and contribute to fault diagnosis and resolution.

·Work across multiple disciplines including water, wastewater, and mechanical/electrical systems.

·Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support performance targets and enhance operational efficiency.

·Maintain accurate system data, generate reports, and provide insights to support decision-making and performance improvements.

·Schedule and dispatch field teams and contractors, adapting plans as required to meet customer priorities.

·Act as the first point of contact for emergency services and regulatory bodies, escalating incidents per procedures.

·Participate in a 24/7 shift and on-call rota, maintaining thorough shift records and effective handovers

Requirements:

·5 GCSE’s to include English and Math

·2 years experience in a customer centric role or operational role which involves analysing and interpreting system data

·Experience communicating with a range of internal and external stakeholders

·Experience working to challenging deadlines in a regulated or customer service environment

·Proficient user of Microsoft office packages
