Specialist Registered Nurse (RGN) – Community & Homecare
Location: Torquay & Surrounding Areas
Salary: From £34,000 + £4,887 Car Allowance or Company Car
Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week (5 Days, Occasional Weekends)

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, patient-centred nursing care in patients' homes
- Conduct clinical assessments and make independent clinical decisions
- Administer IV therapies and subcutaneous injections
- Manage and care for IV devices
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Identify and elevate clinical risks appropriately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Support patient wellbeing and safeguarding
Requirements
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) – NMC Registered
- Acute care nursing experience
- Experience with IV therapies and IV devices
- Competent in clinical assessments and autonomous decision‑making
- Experience administering subcutaneous injections
- Full UK Driving Licence
