Professional Authorisations Manager – Belfast/Hybrid
Cpl NI are recruiting on behalf of a leading professional membership body to recruit a Professional Authorisations Manager. This is a unique opportunity to join a values-led organisation that plays a key role in setting and maintaining professional standards across the UK and Ireland.

Duties:
· Issuing practising certificates and firm authorisations for regulated services (statutory audit, AML, investment business, etc.)
· Maintaining statutory registers and overseeing the annual firm return process
· Handling member and firm enquiries on registration requirements
· Leading regulatory audits from oversight bodies such as IAASA and the FRC
· Managing a small, dedicated team with full people management duties
· Contributing to digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
Criteria:
· Qualified accountant (member of a recognised accountancy or supervisory body)
· 5+ years post-qualification experience in practice, with audit experience at a managerial level
· Experience in a regulatory or compliance-focused role is a plus
· Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving ability
· Excellent people and communication skills
