As a Process Engineer, you will play a key role in optimising production processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring the highest standards of product quality and safety within a fast-paced dairy environment.
Key Responsibilities- Design, monitor, and improve dairy processing operations (pasteurisation, homogenisation, separation, and packaging)
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide practical engineering solutions
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, hygiene regulations, etc.)
- Work closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams
- Support commissioning and optimisation of new equipment and production lines
- Analyse performance data to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to sustainability goals (energy, water, and waste reduction)
- Degree in Chemical, Process, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
- Experience in food, beverage, or dairy manufacturing (highly desirable)
