An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and hands-on Quality Manager to join a growing manufacturing company. This role plays a critical part in ensuring product and process quality across operations, maintaining compliance with ISO standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the quality strategy, policies, and procedures in line with ISO and customer standards
  • Design, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Conduct internal and external audits and ensure ongoing ISO 9001 / 14001 compliance
  • Manage non-conformances, CAPA, NCRs, and corrective action processes
  • Lead quality investigations using tools such as 8D, FMEA, and PPAP
  • Analyse quality data, report performance metrics, and identify improvement opportunities
  • Chair quality meetings and produce quality documentation and customer reports
  • Manage customer complaints, warranty issues, and supplier quality performance
  • Support new product introductions to ensure robust quality outcomes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years experience in a Quality Manager or senior Quality role within engineering/manufacturing
  • Previous auditing experience
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards
  • Experience managing CAPA, NCRs, and quality reporting
  • Proficiency in quality tools including FMEA, PPAP, and 8D
