Job Description

CPL Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting exclusively with our partner in the Hospitality industry for a Head of Sales on a permanent full-time basis, based in Belfast with a salary of up to £40,000 per year alongside comprehensive company benefits and 10% bonus.

Our client:

  • Over 10 hotels in their portfolio across the island of Ireland, offering 4- and 5-star accommodation.
  • Based in Belfast City Centre with work currently underway ahead of it’s opening, this hotel will be an exciting, vibrant addition to the city, boasting a bright and stylish design.
  • Renowned for delivering an innovative approach to hospitality all while offering affordable options to their guests.

The role:

With a full copy of the Job Spec available on request, the Sales Manager will:

  • Be part of a brand-new team, in a brand-new hotel – driving new sales and maximising revenue.
  • Develop strategic partnerships, acquire new clients, all while delivering the exemplary, exceptional service.
  • Work side-by-side with internal teams, ensuring sales efforts completely align with the brand and property objectives.

The person:

  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years in hotel sales and demonstrable evidence of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Able to think strategically and tenacious in delivering results.
  • Knowledge of the Belfast market/regional hospitality will be a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills; verbal and written, and the ability to negotiate.
  • Experienced in CRM systems, MS Office packages, and property management tools.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, to think on your feet and can adapt quickly.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
