Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a comprehensive programme of planned preventative maintenance across buildings, plant, and utilities.
- Perform routine maintenance on facilities including air conditioning, air compressors, fire alarms, emergency lighting, batteries, lighting, power systems, heating, plumbing, and joinery.
- Complete all maintenance logs, schedules, and records accurately and on time in line with health, safety, and quality standards.
