Central Cleaner - Evening Shift - ALMAC
CPL have partnered with ALMAC Group to recruit for a Cleaner to join their team on a temporary, on-going contract.
Pay Rate - Evening: £13.47 p/h plus applicable Shift Premium 16.7% - (£15.72)
Location – ALMAC Global Headquarters, Craigavon
Benefits – 34 days holiday per annum
Hours – 20 hours per week Monday to Friday Evening Shift - 18:00 - 22:00
OVERALL ROLE OBJECTIVE:
The post holder will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness in designated areas of the Almac (Craigavon) facilities.
JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform Routine Cleaning of the Facility as required, including any additional areas which may require a higher standard of cleaning
- Be required to move to additional areas to provide cover for periods of absence
- Be required to be flexible with regards to hours of work to accommodate business need, this may include overtime and weekend work
- Use Almac approved consumables and maintain a suitable level of stock at all times
- Monitor stock levels and complete stock order forms on a regular and ongoing basis
- Inform Line Manager of maintenance issues as and when they arise which are observed during performance of duties
- Keep Line Manager informed on a regular basis of progress and any circumstances, which alter agreed time scales and work schedules
- Maintain adequate supplies of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Fully adhere to training provided to ensure the Health Safety and Wellbeing of yourself and others
EXPERIENCE:
- Previous cleaning experience in an office environment
- Previous cleaning experience in an industrial setting including knowledge of GMP standards
- Experience of using cleaning equipment, e.g. - floor buffers
