Duties

  • Upload eBills to eBilling portals
  • Handle eBilling queries promptly and professionally
  • Manage and resubmit rejected invoices
  • Update vendor sites
  • Submit accruals, reports, and budgets to client portals
  • Monitor and manage eBilling inbox
  • Support ad hoc requests

Criteria

  • Computer literate (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
  • Previous experience in a finance function and/or a legal environment (Advantageous)
  • Ability to work as part of a team
