Duties
- Upload eBills to eBilling portals
- Handle eBilling queries promptly and professionally
- Manage and resubmit rejected invoices
- Update vendor sites
- Submit accruals, reports, and budgets to client portals
- Monitor and manage eBilling inbox
- Support ad hoc requests
Criteria
- Computer literate (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
- Previous experience in a finance function and/or a legal environment (Advantageous)
- Ability to work as part of a team
