Location: Hybrid (as per company policy)

Salary: £53,000 + full benefits package

Interview Process:

• 1st Stage (Face-to-Face): 21st March
• 2nd Stage (Virtual with Chief Examiner)

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership in exam operations, assessment, or regulatory environments
• Experience managing teams, including performance and transformation
• Deep understanding of OSCEs and international exam delivery
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee the operational delivery of OSCE and theory exams
• Lead and develop a high-performing exams team
• Drive continuous improvement in exam operations
• Ensure quality, compliance, and risk management
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Travel internationally when required

Reporting to: AD Examinations

Direct Reports: OSCE Exams Manager & Candidate Services Manager

Key stakeholders: Internal teams, regulatory bodies, and exam candidates
