Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, patient‑centred nursing care in patients' homes
- Conduct clinical assessments and make independent clinical decisions
- Administer IV therapies and subcutaneous injections
- Manage and care for IV devices
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Identify and escalate clinical risks appropriately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Support patient wellbeing and safeguarding
Qualifications
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) – NMC Registered
- Acute care nursing experience
- Experience with IV therapies and IV devices
- Competent in clinical assessments and autonomous decision‑making
- Experience administering subcutaneous injections
- Full UK Driving Licence
