Cpl Marketing are working with a service organisation who are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Proposal Writer to join a growing and collaborative team in a remote position based in the UK. This person will be part of the Dublin team and will work 1 day a week in the London office. In this role, you will play a key part in developing high-quality tender submissions, proposals, and business support materials that contribute directly to organisational success.

Key Responsibilities- Tender & Proposal Development
- Produce high-quality bid responses, proposals, and supporting documentation
- Ensure all submissions are clear, compelling, and aligned with requirements
- Content Creation
- Write, edit, and proofread persuasive content for tenders, policies, and business documents
- Translate technical information into clear, engaging language
- Sales & Business Support
- Collaborate with sales teams to prepare presentations and supporting materials
- Assist in identifying and tracking upcoming opportunities
- Knowledge & Document Management
- Maintain and enhance internal content libraries and documentation
- Ensure materials are accurate, consistent, and up to date
- Collaboration & Coordination
- Work cross-functionally to gather inputs for submissions
- Manage timelines and ensure deadlines are consistently met
- Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline
- 2+ years’ experience in similar Bid/ Tender role
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Strong ability to produce clear, persuasive, and engaging content
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience working with public sector tenders - desirable
