  • Job Purpose

To provide HR support to UK local employees and line managers to ensure basic HR processes and procedures are in place and followed.

  • Work with the global HR team to enable CPL to become an employer of choice
  • Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and selection
  • Support HRBP, Global T&A and relevant managers to find the right people for the right position.
  • Ensure the company recruitment process is followed end-to-end including workflow management in Success Factors, posting adverts, screening CVs, scheduling interviews.
  • Prepare offer letter and employment contract
  • Onboarding and Induction
  • Support onboarding of new starters including paperwork completion and Right to Work checks
  • Scheduling onboarding programs for new starters where required by hiring managers
  • General HR activities
  • Manage first level HR enquiries
  • Follow and implement local HR policies, processes and procedures.
  • Support all annual HR processes as per global HR timeframes
  • Track anniversary mementos distribution
  • Prepare contract addendums where required
  • Prepare leavers’ letters for exits
  • Maintain up-to-date digital personnel records
  • Monitor Right to Work re-validations
  • Arrange and coordinate employee sessions on benefits/training etc.
  • HR Reporting and Ad hoc projects
  • Manage Success Factors and ensure it provides accurate employee information at all times
  • Provide support on quarterly global HR report preparation
  • Provide monthly Ops sick leave report
  • Maintain monthly medical insurance membership movements and coordination with the provider
  • Maintain and provide payroll input for monthly processing including insurance updates to HRBP
  • Participate in and support relevant HR projects.

Skills And Attributes Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR discipline
  • 3+ years relevant HR experience in a multinational company environment
  • Experience in all basic HR processes and procedures
  • Good written and verbal communication, collaboration and administrative skills
  • Strict discretion when handling sensitive data
  • Ability to work on multiple priorities
