We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Accounts Payable Administrator to join our finance team on a 6-month contract. This role is ideal for someone with strong accounts payable experience who can manage invoice processing accurately and support day-to-day finance operations in a fast-paced environment. As this role supports the business in Spain, proficiency in written and verbal Spanish is required.
Key responsibilities:
- Process and post supplier invoices accurately and on time.
- Manage employee expenses and ensure correct accounting entries.
- Reconcile supplier statements, intercompany balances, and other relevant accounts.
- Monitor and record credit card and customs-related invoices.
- Support month-end close activities and finance reporting.
- Maintain accurate supplier records and support wider finance administration.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident using finance systems and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Microsoft D365 would be an advantage.
