Operations will play a key role in delivering a busy global programme of awards ceremonies, executive debates, industry dinners, roundtables and networking events across the UK, US and Middle East. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves detail, deadlines and making things happen.
Job Scope
As Operations, you will take ownership of the operational delivery of multiple events and awards programmes, working closely with sponsors, judges, venues, suppliers, speakers and senior industry stakeholders. You will be the person who keeps everything moving: timelines, entries, judging, guest lists, seating plans, sponsor deliverables, event platforms, AV, branding, logistics and on-site delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the operational delivery of awards programmes and live events
- Coordinating executive debates, roundtables, dinners and networking events
- Managing event timelines, suppliers, venues, production and AV partners
- Overseeing guest lists, registrations, seating plans and attendee communications
- Coordinating awards entries, judging and other related activities
