Senior Product Manager – Business Banking You must come from a challenger bank / disruptor background Want to shape how small businesses manage their money? You’ll join a growing European fintech, owning the vision and roadmap for Business Accounts and developing banking products that help SMEs and sole traders run their businesses with confidence. From everyday payments to multi-currency accounts and cash management, you’ll turn customer needs into secure, reliable and intuitive financial products. What you’ll do * Own the end-to-end Business Accounts product strategy, roadmap and delivery. * Lead discovery and solution design across account details, payments, deposits, interest calculations and money-movement controls. * Develop capabilities including local IBANs, multi-currency accounts, cash management and integrations with accounting, payments and credit products. * Use customer insights and data to improve activation, engagement, deposits and account usage. * Work closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Compliance and Risk to deliver scalable products that meet applicable regulatory requirements. * Manage relationships with banking-as-a-service partners, card issuers and open banking providers, monitoring service quality and product fit. * Lead feature launches with commercial, marketing and country teams. * Track product performance, resolve customer pain points and communicate priorities, progress and risks to senior stakeholders. What you’ll bring * At least five years’ product management experience within fintech, business banking, payments or financial services. * A track record of delivering regulated financial products, such as business current accounts, savings, onboarding/KYB journeys or payment rails. * A strong understanding of SME cash flow, settlements, deposits and money movement. * Knowledge of relevant UK and EU regulatory requirements, including safeguarding, deposit products, interest accrual and payments operations. * Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn insights into clear product decisions. * The confidence to influence technical, regulatory and commercial stakeholders. * Clear communication and a practical approach to solving complex
