We are working with a world-class international construction manufacturer of facades and commercial glazing who, due to phenomenal growth, are looking for a Specification Sales Manager to join their successful team.

Role of Specification Sales Manager

This is a field/home-based specification role. Winning, tracking and protecting specifications, you will be working on some of the country's most impressive new build commercial construction projects specifying glass/glazing facades that form the outside of commercial buildings. The route to market is via architects (writing specifications) and tracking these through to Main Contractors such as Skanska, Balfour Beatty, Mace etc. You will also deal heavily with glass and façade installers/contractors. You will use Barbour ABI to identify projects. As Specification Sales Manager, you will converse with Design Managers, Specifiers, Estimators and Procurement etc. Specification values are normally between £5-£10 million. You will benefit from working with a market leader with a great historical reputation.
