The Role of Specification Sales Manager
This is a home / field based role. As Specification Sales Manager, you will be working for one of the strongest brands in the industry selling flooring and flooring related products into A&D architects, Main Contractors and installers / sub-contractors. This multi faceted role will require your to gain appointments with architectural practices and deliver CPD presentations. You will then track projects through the Main & Sub Contractor (winning and breaking specifications). The incoming Specification Sales Manager will inherit a strong pipeline and pre-existing relationships. Your task will be to continue to success and leverage relationships with specifiers to continue growth.
The Candidate
- You will need a solid track record (of success and longevity in most of your previous roles) within specifications sales. Our client will consider candidates that have sold interior or external building products to architects.
- Ideally you will have delivered CPD presentations to architects and / or have sold into Main Contractors
- You will need to demonstrate commercial awareness and gravitas
