Package on offer for the Specification Sales Manager - Rainscreen Cladding:
- £60,000 - £65,000 (negotiable) + £30,000 - £40,000 uncapped commission

The role of the Specification Sales Manager Rainscreen Cladding will involve:
- Field-based specification sales role promoting high-end rainscreen cladding systems, facades, and masonry.
- Winning and tracking specifications (commercial projects), developing strong relationships with architects, specifiers, and design-led practices.
- Delivering RIBA-accredited CPD presentations to secure early-stage specifications.
- Targeting projects in the commercial, high-rise residential, education, healthcare, build-to-rent, and student accommodation sectors.
- Supported by internal sales, PR, and marketing teams using Barbour ABI and other project lead generation tools.

The candidate for the Specification Sales Manager Rainscreen Cladding:
- Field sales experience within the external building envelope sector.
- Knowledge of the specification sales process.
- Background in rainscreen cladding, EWI, curtain walling, facing bricks, facades, fire boards, insulation, render systems, or other façade solutions is advantageous.
- Strong new business drive, ideally suited to someone who can open doors and build brand visibility in the region.
- Well-organised, structured, and self-motivated, with a track record of delivering sales growth.
