The Role
Specification Sales Manager β HVAC β Social Housing
- As a Specification Sales Manager, you will be responsible for specifying the company\βs heating and renewable products (air sourced heat pumps) into the Social Housing market, Local Authorities, Housing Associations β dealing with the new build market.
- As Specification Sales Manager, you will be liaising with Asset Managers, Operations Managers, Estimators etc through to C-suite level decision makers.
- The Specification Sales Manager will be supported by coordinators, marketing, customer services and an in house technical team (you will also have the benefit of dedicated training centres).
- This Specification Sales Manager role will require you to win specifications, manage whole projects and break specifications.
Candidate
- Experience selling an HVAC / KBB / electrical or technical product i.e. into social housing, councils / local authorities
- Our client will also consider candidates that have sold into M&E consultants
