Specification Sales Manager – Heat Pumps & Renewables. Drive project‑led sales of domestic and commercial renewable solutions including heat pumps and hybrid systems. Secure specifications through M&E consultants, M&E contractors, developers and local authorities. Manage the sales cycle from early specification to project delivery, ensuring consistent pipeline development. Deliver CPD‑style presentations and product training to consultants and technical decision‑makers. Collaborate with internal teams including technical support, design and customer service to ensure smooth project execution. Provide market intelligence and competitor insight to support strategic planning. Represent the business at trade shows, industry events and networking opportunities.

- Able to work autonomously and manage your own territory effectively.

Package on Offer
