This is a field based technical specification sales role selling decorative commercial heating products. Covering London and the home counties, you will target commercial new and refurb projects. This is a full end to end project sales role from design, tender to completion.

The route to market is M&E consultants, M&E contractors, Architects, Local Authorities and consulting engineers. As Specification Sales Manager, you will identify, track and win specifications delivering CPD presentations to specifiers. The incoming Specification Sales Manager will benefit from a healthy pipeline and strong historical relationships with M&E contractors and M&E consultants.
