The role of the Specification Sales Manager:
- Field-based specification sales role specifying architectural bricks into architects / specifiers.
- Winning and tracking specifications (commercial projects), developing strong relationships with architects, specifiers, and design-led practices.
- Delivering RIBA-accredited CPD presentations to secure early-stage specifications.
- Targeting projects in the commercial, high-rise residential, education, healthcare, build-to-rent, and student accommodation sectors.
- Supported by internal sales, PR, and marketing teams using Barbour ABI and other project lead generation tools.
