The Role Specification Sales Manager – HVAC – Social Housing
Responsibilities
- Specify the company\’s heating and renewable products (air sourced heat pumps) into the Social Housing market, Local Authorities, Housing Associations – dealing with the new build market.
- Liaise with Asset Managers, Operations Managers, Estimators etc through to C‑suite / level decision makers.
- Be supported by coordinators, marketing, customer services and an in‑house technical team (you will also have the benefit of dedicated training centres).
- Win specifications, manage whole projects and break specifications.
Qualifications
- Experience selling HVAC / KBB / electrical or technical products into social housing, councils / local authorities.
- Experience selling into M&E consultants is also considered.
