The Role of Bathroom Specification Sales Manager

  • Representing a leading high-end bathroom brassware brand and manufacturer, you will bring to the market stunning on-trend and classic designs into high-end buildings throughout the region.
  • This is a Specification Sales Manager position focused on driving project-led sales from early-stage engagement through to order and supply targeting hospitality, high rise residential, Leisure / hotel and build to rent markets Architects, interior designers, developers - back selling via contract merchants.
  • Due to strong customer relationships and strong brand presence, the incoming Specification Sales Manager will benefit from repeat business from specifiers.

The Candidate

  • This role will suit a commercially minded, specification-led, project-focused sales professional within the bathroom sector.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across multiple stakeholder levels
  • Experience managing long, complex sales cycles and project pipelines
  • Ability to influence early-stage project decisions and follow through to completion
  • Strong commercial awareness and structured approach to opportunity management
  • Experience within bathroom, sanitaryware, KBB, interiors, or related specification sectors would be highly advantageous

The Package

  • Β£55,000 – Β£63,000 basic salary
  • 20% bonus
  • High-spec electric or hybrid company car
  • 7% pension
