The Role: This is a home / field based role. This is a specification sales role selling the company's leading range of interior finishing products. As A&D Specification Sales Manager, you will be tasked with generating specifications and engaging A&D architects / specifiers, interior designers. The A&D Specification Sales Manager will be tasked with showcasing a leading range of interiors products to interior designers / A&D architects. You will have the support of the flagship showroom in central London where you will also be able to invite clients. As Specification Sales Manager, you will be required to work closely with the dedicated field sales / business development teams who will support you.
The Company: Our client are a well-known leading heritage brand and manufacturer of interior decorative products. They design and manufacture modern on-trend finishing products that are used and can be seen in various commercial projects that include commercial offices, schools, retail stores, hospitals and museums etc. They have continued to grow year on year and have firmly established themselves as a market leader. This prominent brand have a state of the art showroom in the heart of central London where the Specification Sales Manager will be able to conduct lunch and learns and presentations to clients. The incoming A&D Specification Sales Manager will work within a supportive, vibrant collaborative team. As a business, they have an excellent track record of promoting from within and successful recruits have historically progressed into Key Accounts and man-management positions.
The Candidate: Polished field sales professionals with a flair for interior design (and credibility to converse with architects). Our client also consider a candidate that works in a design showroom that is looking to break into specification sales. People with interior design backgrounds with no field sales experience are also welcome to apply.
The Package: up to £50,000 basic, competitive bonus structure.
