The Role of Specification Sales Manager
This is a home / field based A&D Specification Sales Manager role.
As Specification Sales Manager you will be responsible for targeting commercial specifications spending 75% of your time with A&D architects
25% of your time will be with fit out companies, sub contractors and end users.
You will be calling on and pitching to architects / interior designers / specifiers (A&D) following projects through to the contractor.
You will be tasked with developing an area that turns over circa Β£1.5m
Commercial projects include new build offices, hotels, universities etc.
Our client have been established for over 100 years and have steadily grown to become a market leader and well known brand within the commercial interiors market. They are now a major exporter to Europe and their interior products can be seen in commercial new build projects throughout the UK. Being well regarded within the A&D community this is a fantastic opportunity for a project-led specification sales professional to embark on a career with a great brand.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a specification sales background from within commercial interiors e.g. floor coverings, flooring, KBB, ceramic tiles, lighting, suspended ceilings, internal cladding / facades, flooring, demountable partitioning etc.
You may have experience in project led specification sales and have sold into specifiers, interior design practices, architects or fit-out companies (project tracking).
Our client will also consider candidates that have sold into contractors / distributors that have aspirations to move into a specification role.
The Package on offer for the Specification Sales Manager
Β£25,000 uncapped OTE (OTE is paid on all invoiced sales paid monthly)
