This is a specification-led sales role focused on driving product specification within the residential housebuilding sector, with a strong emphasis on regional developers and KBB bathroom installation contractors. The position involves early-stage engagement to secure product specification, followed by managing opportunities through housebuilders, KBB contractors, and plumbing & heating merchant supply channels through to site installation.

Responsibilities

  • Securing specifications with regional housebuilders and residential developers.
  • Success is driven by early influence at specification stage and strong relationship management through to installation and completion across housebuilders, bathroom contractors and merchant partners.
  • Working closely with bathroom contractors to ensure product suitability and installation alignment.
  • Developing strong relationships with merchants to support supply and availability.
  • Managing a structured pipeline of residential development projects across the region.
  • Driving early-stage influence at design and specification level to secure inclusion on approved schedules.
  • Managing live residential projects through to order conversion and site delivery.

Field Sales experience within the KBB market. It is essential that you have sold into House Builders / Developers and Merchants.
