We are recruiting for an experienced Showroom Manager to lead a well-established bathroom showroom. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience, overseeing daily operations, and driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day showroom operations
  • Providing expert advice and support to customers throughout their buying journey

The Package

Basic salary circa £32,000, £8,000 bonus potential based on showroom performance, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension scheme and staff discount, autonomy to run a respected showroom with full support from head office.
