The role of the Area Sales Manager/Specification Sales Executive Construction Products:
- This is a field sales/home based position (approx. 50% home based and 50% field based).
- Selling a high quality range of manufactured construction materials products used in the construction of residential new builds.
- You will be responsible for winning specifications through influencing architects, main and sub-contractors, providing specifications for various contracts such as small to medium sized builders.
- 75% of your work will be driven by working closely with 3 field sales professionals who are responsible for selling to builder merchants.
