Regional Sales Manager / people manager role managing a team of 8 with leading multi-£BN blue-chip Regional Sales Consultant soft FM service contracts.
The candidate must live no more than 1 hr from the M25.
This is a field/home based role. As Regional Sales Manager, you will lead a team of junior field sales Business Development Managers covering the London area. Your sales team will prospect, identify new business and sell soft FM service contracts to SME businesses. Your team will target a multitude of sectors including Hospitality / HoReCa, Industrial, Trade / Retail, Health and Social Care.
You will be tasked with recruitment, on-boarding, training, coaching, supporting and motivating a team of 8 Business Development Managers. You will attend joint visits with your team, helping them leverage their strengths and develop their skill set. As part of your role, you will conduct 121 sessions, develop, performance manage, set and achieve sales targets.

The Package: Basic up to £45,000 - £55,000 DOE, pension options, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, hybrid company car.
