This Area Sales Manager role is focused on specification-led project sales across commercial heating solutions, including heat pumps, hybrid systems, and high efficiency boiler technologies. This opportunity will suit experienced HVAC / M&E sales professionals working in specification-led or project-based roles.
A commercially focused field sales position responsible for driving specification and project opportunities within the M&E sector:
- 80% focus on M&E contractors
- Driving specification of commercial heating and low carbon solutions
- Managing projects from early engagement through to installation
- Building and developing long-term contractor and consultant relationships
- Providing technical and commercial support throughout the sales cycle
Proven experience selling into M&E contractors (essential):
- Background in HVAC, plumbing & heating, or building services
- Strong understanding of commercial heating systems and specification-led sales
- Experience managing long-cycle, project-based opportunities
- A consultative, solution-led approach to sales
