About the job
We are partnered with a leading brand / floor coverings manufacturer who are looking to strengthen their senior management team in the South. As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 4 external Area Sales Managers that sell into the independent retail channel (covering territories across the South). You will be responsible for training, coaching and mentoring a talented team of field sales professionals driving revenue growth, market share and customer satisfaction. As part of the Regional Sales Manager's role, you will also manage/support a couple of retail key accounts.
