This field/home based account management role involves building relationships with existing customers within the Builders Merchants/Wholesaler channel. Your objective will be to up-sell, cross-sell and drive growth within an existing client base, as well as open up new distribution points.

Your contact level will be with Branch Managers at national builders merchants where you will conduct account reviews and aim to develop revenue and strengthen relationships within the region. You will manage a £3M area that has consistently delivered on turnover and profit margin targets.

You will work in collaboration with other departments to deliver overall best in class service to your accounts and support Branch staff, educating them to ensure they are experts when promoting the brand to the end customer.
