About the role

Area Brand Manager – high end KBB products

Area: South East and South Central – PO, SO, BH, SP, GU, RG, SL, HP, AL, SG, MK, OX

Responsibilities:

  • This field‑based role works from home and visits retail, distribution and merchant accounts.
  • Plan and organise customer visits, booking appointments with Branch Managers, trade counter staff and retail assistants to showcase kitchen and bathroom products.
  • Customers are exclusively merchants, retailers and distributors.
  • Execute national strategic customer plans that optimise business opportunities short and long term.
  • Liaise with sales, marketing and customer contacts to ensure promotional activity is delivered, followed through and documented.
  • Effectively expand market share and build on business opportunities.
  • Strong organisational skills to meet demands, targets and customer expectations.
  • Demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness creating a competitive advantage.
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Business decision making, analysis, judgement and selling skills.
  • Robust planning, reporting and time‑management skills.
  • Deliver comprehensive and effective training to customers when appropriate.
