Location: Nottingham (office based - NOT REMOTE)
The Role of Telesales Executive
This is an office based telesales role working as part of a dynamic sociable team. Office hours are 8am-5pm.
You will be responsible for speaking to clients over the phone, building relationships and identifying new business opportunities. This role is a mixture of business development outbound calls as well as handling incoming enquiries.
You will be tasked with making calls from the company's CRM system approaching small to medium sized customers selling commercial waste service contracts. This is an entry / early career role where the Telesales Sales Executive will benefit from full training.
As Telesales Sales Executive you will make outbound calls to SME (small and medium sized businesses) uncovering customer needs and selling the features and benefits. You will use your relationship building skills to develop relationships with decision makers who are typically business owners / managers.
You will be provided customer details via a CRM which you will use to help organise yourself and update accordingly.
